Great hotel, superb service & central location!
Posted 2 Jan 2019 on HotelsWe stayed for just 1 night but it was made extremely comfortable and memorable by the great service we received from HR Palace! Travelling along with my senior citizen mom and my very young son during the cold December month, we had special needs in both rooms we had booked. The hotel manager Mr. Anuj went out of his way in making sure that our needs were very well met, even though our stay was just for 1 night. The hotel is nicely decorated and the rooms clean and tidy. Their morning breakfast spread as also food quality is amazing. Every person we interacted from the hotel made effort towards providing good service to us and that means a lot when travelling with family. Last but not the least, the hotel is located in a very central place pretty close to the railway station - so eateries and commute is easy too. I will surely recommend H R Palace to other travellers and would certainly stay there again if i went back to Jaipur.

Room and beds are big. Toilet is clean. Especially hot water was available. Good to stay.. value for money.

Posted 13 Mar 2018 on HotelsOur overall experience at H.R. Palace was good. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and comfort was above average for India, at that price point. Condition of the room was decent. The location is close to center of town, making everything easily accessible. The selling point was the staff. They where very helpful and informative. Food was also good.
