Very nice room hot tub takes a while to heat otherwise hotel is good location great for saving money also

Front desk staff were great, they offer a free taxi service to and from the metro station. Good location, safe, quiet, bed was comfortable.

The rooms were spacious. Lighting in the rooms poor. Tile floors were streaked and lacked maintenance. Pool area was smelly and there was no staff to make drinks. Not a boutique hotel vibes: reception looked run down. The area where they held our luggage was messy and dirty

The Location, very quiet & easy walking distance to 7/11 & markets & transport.
Room was very clean & housekeeping excellent. Staff very friendly & helpful.
Would recommend for my friends to stay as i will on my next visit to Bangkok

Posted 13 Jul 2024 on HotelsVery noisy they had construction going on in the building.the shower had no water pressure. Rooms very small doesn't look like the pictures. Its in a ally. I wouldn't recommend
The staff was very nice to me. Overall i would not come back high price not worth the money

There are no constructions going on in the building . We have no customers complaining about water pressure. Not sure you are reviewing the right hotel or you are just day dreaming. We are selling at a very cheap rate as a special promotion for hotels.com to the extent that hotel management is not happy . Now I understand that lowering the price attracts low quality guest like you which will complain non stop . It just beats me how you can say that the price is very expensive . My advise to you is that do not bother to come back , next time look for a hostel instead , it will surely suit your budget .
