Everything was good, but i think AC not work properly because room was hot

Best accommodations ever - for the price. Friendly, English speaking staff - fantastic breakfast - comfortable room.
We loved the proximity to China town - and enjoyed Thai Massages from a little shop around the corner everyday. Thank you to everyone for making our stay perfect in Bangkok.

this is one of my favorite budget hotel in the yaowarat area.The best value in the area. conveniently located for all transportation .breakfast is good .all staffs are friendly and professional .
the only downside is the weak wifi.but other than that this hotel is getting better and better every each stay .I have been coming here for the past 7years. I will be back again.

Worst experience ever
Posted 29 Feb 2024 on HotelsThis has been an extremely disappointing experience. The room did not match the pictures on your website at all. The cleanliness was unacceptable, the noisy air conditioner made it impossible to sleep, the beds were uncomfortably hard, the curtains were filthy, and the overall maintenance of the building was poor. I'm genuinely surprised that this hotel has a rating of 8.3. Despite having another night booked, I will not be returning.
