Check in was easy. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was tasty. Only negative is that my room smelled of stale cigarette smoke.

This was a disappointing experience, Even for a budget airport hotel. Staff were not willing to help with anything at all. We left our room for two days and returned to find our dirty dinner plates still in there! We had to hire a travel plug for 30 baht per hour. They couldn’t call a cab for us and required a 200 baht room key deposit. Don’t book this hotel

Cheap but far from ARL station.... appears to be close on the map. But a lot of street dogs activities at night as well.
Ended up had to take a taxi to get there.
Entire facility is clean including the room.
But check in process took 20min just wait 2 others in front of me. On top of check in procedures, Issuing hang writing receipt of Key deposit, shuttle bus payment etc. Reduced air-conditioning and Keep ringing telephone, no Clark answed.... very irritating experience.
Just want to give everyone a heads up, consider taxi, shuttle bus fee, far from nearest ARL station will cause additional expenditures.
For the record, room itself was clean and comfortable.
