The pictures online definitely didn't match what the room looks like. Run down room. Restroom light was very dim and felt creepy. It kept flickering on and off. I used my phone for better lighting. Room just looked so worn down. I won't be staying at this place again.

This is advertised on Expedia and other sites as a 3 star hotel, but it's actually a crappy hole-in-the-wall apartment, not a 3-star hotel by any stretch of the imagination.
Doesn't look anything like the photos. The sheets and furniture had rips in them, the bathroom stank and had water on the floor and no real roof, no toilet paper, and the walls were so thin I didn't sleep for the whole night getting woken up by people walking above and in the halls until all hours of the morning. I didn't even feel safe, as all the activity in the halls and upper floors throughout the whole night with paper-thin walls..
Additionally, the staff doesn't speak English. Even after a truly awful night arriving off a flight at 11pm, not being able to get any help from the staff about where / how to get food, and having the worst most uncomfortable sleep in years, I was given a hard time by Expedia and the hotel staff, and they refused to refund or even credit anything back for the truly awful night I spent. (Even after I showed them photos of the torn sheets, leaking pipes in bathroom, paint-chipping water-logged walls, etc. and explained I didn't sleep a wink for the entire night).
Staying here was an awful experience. Much better hotels / hostels are to be found for this price. Just do not stay here!
Totally false advertising by Expedia to list this as a 3-star hotel, I hold them fully responsible for this awful travel experience and won't ever use Expedia to book hotels again!

Stayed here many times,Located in pinklao prounced bing gaw, close to banglampo(khosarn)5 minutes on bus 511,516,30 and southern bus terminal 10minute,7/11 in front and major mall, central mall, tesco all short walk, check in is fast, friendly lady on counter,2 lifts aviable unlimited free water, rooms are decent have sofa, kettle no tea or coffee, large lcd tv but only thai channels, free wifi and little balcony,a few places to sit outside in hotels grounds, self service washing machines,a very good basic place to stay if you want to be in this part of Bangkok its not a tourist area even though its so close to banglampo, travelers tip if you get taxi make sure they put on meter to khosarn it's about 50/60thb,if they dont want meter say no and keep asking other taxis untill you find one,you might have to ask many drivers for 1 to agree to use meter and go to your destination, this is normal for bangkok, sky train is 15 minutes walk station name bang yi khan at present it opens at 10am
