Overall, this is not a bad properties and I mat use it again. However: with that said, there is a very distinct smell outside all the rooms in the common area on all floor that is just disturbing. Beverages in the bar on the roof is ridiculously overpriced….other than that, There is room for improvement with the breakfast menu and while some employees at breakfast/ dinning room perform proficiently, professionally and with care, others have no interest at all.

After a 23 hour flight and a one hour taxi ride from the airport to the hotel traffic was horrendous. I just wanted to get into the room, but I had to wait an hour until about 2 o’clock because it wasn’t clean yet. So I had to walk around the neighborhood for an hour before I could check in and take a shower. Overall, the staff was pleasant. The room was clean and the location was within walking distance to all the fun.

At the heart of downtown Bangkok. walkable to the metro. dinind and entertainment around the area

Issues with lift not available all the time as also used as service lift

Had a pleasure staying experience at Solitaire. Booked for the Grand deluxe club sky, did not expect that we having exclusive access to the club sky lounge where you can dinning on the top floor. Something more special is Club sky lounge have happy hour that giving you free drinks and food. Awesome! Shout out to the staffs as well they were all friendly and professional!
