Very friendly staff, but limited English. Great breakfast always provided, but you must cook yourself (fresh farm eggs, toast, cold cereal, coffee and tea, and unlimited bottles of filtered water stored in the fridge your entire stay, or a spout in the filter you can fill directly. Shared bathrooms for most are only shared with 2 or 3 rooms total per floor.
