Great stay.
Posted 6 Feb 2024 on HotelsGreat stay. I liked the location, an easy walk to Kao San Road, various temples, many eating places, very quiet neighbourhood.

Hello, many times we get bad reviews. We are grateful for those messages and openly accept these comments. Ready to improve our service even better. But not with this biased review. You booked a room at our hotel for 3 nights during the peak period, approximately 1 week after check-out. We received a refund from hotel.com. The reason for the refund is that the property provided a room with no bathroom amenities, the elevator didn't work, the room was dirty, and the room smelled like smoke. Our hotel is a small hotel with 2 floors and no elevator. We have basic bathroom amenities in every room. There is a daily maid service. and all rooms are non-smoking rooms, Of course we decided not to refund for this case because the customer's claim is false. Which in our country we can take this matter into the legal process. because the hotel has evidence that the customer did not actually stay. We would like to ask you to reconsider this false review again.

It's the 3rd time I stop in this hotel. I really like the rooms, there are super warm. It's a shame that no effort is done to have a more stable internet conection and a more functional balcony.

Small hotel near Khao San Rd. All around small restaurants and hostels aplenty. Frendly and helpfull staff with limited english. Breakfast limited but ok. Could do with a bit more maintenance done around the hotel. ie mainly the bathroom and exterior.

Hotel situated at the old district of Bangkok
Posted 7 Dec 2017
Pros: Open style setting in the common area and stylish Thai decoration inside the hotel.
Cons: Better to provide toothpaste and toothbrush.
Location: Grand Palace, the Reclining Buddha, Wat Arun.
Lots of hawkers selling smoothies and BBQ food with reasonable price.
The hotel is of a fair level with reasonable price. Situated in the old district city center, it is just 15 mins walk to the Grand Palace and Wat Pho. Breakfast included with very friendly and helpful staff. However, there is no toilet care tools. Bath towels are provided upon request. It may due to the hot weather, on the last 2 nights of our stay, there was cockroach problem in the toilet...But apart from that, our stay was pleasant.

Very good overall, but no internet at all.
One guy at the reception was very nice and helpful. The other one was very mean and not helpful at all for anything.
