The hotel is nice, But the prices on here are not correct. The airport shuttle bus is 200 bhat not 150. Also i was sure i booked their biggest room but ended up paying an additional 300 bhat. The hotel was clean, but one light in our room buzzed when turned on, also you could feel a few springs in the mattress. The local area is great, and the staff in the hotel where nice.

First, I waited almost an hour for the front staff to check me in. Second, the balcony glass door was unable to lock. I asked her why she gave me this room and she said it was ok, nobody would do anything. But if something happen, can she responsible for it? I don't think so.... I keep begging for a new room, the same women at the front desk repeatedly saying no. She won't give me new room. So, I have to checkout to find a new safer place. She did offer me new room when I'm going to check out, but no I am not staying. AC is un adjustable, it fixed at 25C. After I checked out, I got a new place at the same rate but a lot better. Please dont come here this place is not safe and room is cheap and old.

We were told by email the Pre Booked Room was confirmed, on arrival at the Hotel, my booking was declined, room was re-booked for cash.

Online Booking not Acknowledged

Pros: location
Cons: Accuracy of the Booking
Location: Not a lot, my wife found a local restaurant and market.
Booked Hotel through Hotels.com part of Expedia, on arrival at the hotel on the due date, booking was not excepted and the room had to be paid for in cash. Hotel Telephone numbers quoted online were wrong,

Nice hotel but no bell boy , if you have a disability and need to walk up stairs with your luggage it's not good hotel for you.

3 stars at best, wish I spoke Thai

I chose the hotel for location as it was close to the airport. There was definitely a large language barrier, and there were issues with the front desk finding my booking. The massage I booked in hotel was really bad, walked out 30 min into a 2 hr massage. Didn't have the strength or time to try to get a refund due to the language barrier and short amount of time I was there. I think if I spoke Thai my short stay would've been much better, but even then, this hotel was maybe 3 star at best. Room was average, bathroom was outdated and a bit dirty. Not sure if I'd recommend it. I wouldn't go back unless it was my only option. Sorry.
