The location was good close to Khao San Road Area, Room was fine for the 4 nights I’ve stayed there and including breakfast in the morning was one of the positives thing I can mention. But public transport takes sometimes a really long time sometimes of traffic jam and limited times only …

Easy to walk to Khao san road approx 1 hour drive from BKK airport. Hotel is outdated and small but clean for the most part, wish they provided pool towels only two large bath towels no hand towel either.

I had a great time here. There are lots of things in the near by area to check out. Especially at night. A lot of good restaraunts and cafes just a very short walk from the hotel. I would go back here again.

Great location, walking distance to Khao San Road. There are plenty of bars and restraunts close. It was great for our one night stay in Bangkok. We would stay there again.

Great location when visiting temples. Great staff. Ice cold Air-conditioning. Just around the corner is khao san road but the rooms and the location is very quiet. Loved the koi pond too... Breakfast was quality 🙏

Management is not willing to offer solutions, quickly put the blame on customer or their staff, guilt tripping that if staff at fault they need to pay for the mistake which would be a big percentage of their salary. Willing to lose customer over small amount of money. I stayed in this hotel in the past and staff and management was bad , and I have avoided the place. Now came back and found staff to be pleasant but management remains poor. No idea about customer service. Will again avoid this place and will leave reviews relfecting the poor service received, again.
