The hotel is incredibly nice and the staff are professional, welcoming, and friendly. It was one of the nicest places we have stayed during our trip to Thailand! Definitely wish we had stayed there longer

Out hotel is located in an area close to market, has beautiful rooms, great service, and has good transportation options.

Pictures are not the same! Non Stop Tour Groups checking in. Terrible Stay! Old building. These tour groups take over the place. Room was dirty, had a terrible mold smell. Endless smokers that they made no effort to stop. Even worse when I told them, they thought I was requesting to smoke in my room. This place is a 3 star hotel at best. Go see for yourself. Only good thing, nice pool. Good location for tourist stuff. Ferry was nice!

Breakfast is great. Rooms are ok ish but old (refurbished). Location is excellent. Staff are okish. We wanted a taxi to the airport and they asked us to download an app. Not expected from a 5*.
So left on a disappointing note, but overall ok value for what you pay
