It was mediocre at best. Rooms were a lot dirtier, smaller and more broken down than how they looked in the pictures. I wasn’t expecting much but was really let down. Staff said we could keep our luggage at the hotel until our room became available. They didn’t put the luggage in the room or in a safe space until our room was ready. They left the bags in the front lobby. Don’t be deceived by the pictures, it much worse in person.

Lazy cleaning service, inattentive staff

The hotel has seen better days, the walls could do with a lick of paint, the floors need deep cleaning and the cleaners need to do their job a bit more thoroughly and not leave stuff on tables like a 3-day-old cup of iced coffee that's obviously finished. I left the room to go somewhere else for 3 days and came back to find they had only just refreshed the bedsheets and nothing much else in 3 consecutive cleaning days. Lazy cleaning service.

Uncomfortable and inconvenient

You need to constantly adjust the tap for the water heater in the shower, the floor is dirty, the fridge is unstable, i need to go to the front desk twice as my room card cannot access the room

The rooms are tiny (there was about half a foot to walk around the bed) and the bed is incredibly uncomfortable, like sleeping on a wooden floor. Very poor reception from staff and very rude - the lady who checked us in was on a personal phone call the entire time she checked us in and the man who checked us out was playing a computer game and didn't engage with us, just grunted and took the key card. The staff were also very unhelpful when we inquired about the river taxi leaving us to find our own way and ask staff in a nearby hotel who were much more helpful.
