The woman at reception, and this woman was absolutely charming and beautiful, indicated to me that there will be no data privacy into the street.

Very close to National Stadium for concerts, simple 20 mins walk. AC worked but hard to control. Excellent staff and very clean. Nice simple breakfasts.

necessary basic accommodation charges

location is great but its far from business center Quiet neighborhood with proximity to mini mall the dusappointing part in the hotels is they charge for every basic things like if a guest asks for plate and cutlery you are charged for the use of cutlery and plates you are also charged for tea bags 6 tea bags cost almost about 280 baht about $9-$10. thes charges for basic hotel accommodation services are not relevant

warning do NOT book this hotel....!

experience staying at this hotel was absolutely pathetic primarily because of the STAFF consistently being rude, completely lacking service spirit and a shockingly indifferent level. we had booked a stay for 6 nights but after two nights, cancelled our booking with a heavy penalty and shifted to another hotel. thats how unacceptably bad it was the hotel was nearly unoccupied, only 20% occupied according to staff. despite of this they accommodated us on the EXTREMELY NOISY side facing the traffic. we offered to pay additionally to be able to shift to the other side of the corridor not so noisy. "NO NOT POSSIBLE, first cancel entire booking with a penalty and then rebook other room category". we had booked a room with breakfast included... when we came down for breakfast, at 8.10 a.m. we were told breakfast already removed as "all guests already had their breakfast". and they REFUSED to serve us breakfast. 8.10 a.m. is a reasonable time for breakfast and we had no idea they would remove it earlier. its almost unheard of staff at any hotel would not at least offer some basic breakfast a la carte, but NO , "not possible we close breakfast when we think guest finish". the swimming pool was horrifically poorly maintained and filthy, and our children refused to use it for that reason. basically the only word the staff at this hotel seemed comfortable with is "no, not possible".

Excellent location, next to the Nine center, so it's very convenient to get to many restaurants and Thai massage shops. Hotel staffs are good service mind. But for facility, air conditioner in my room cooled so slowly. It's more than 10 minutes.

The hotel is not far from airport link station, close to eatery area. Staff are excellent, polite and helpful.
