Not lift to second floor

The dirty smell of cleaning materials collected in front of my room is disturbing. They should be placed somewhere else.

No cleaning done during my 4 days. Ants crawling everywhere into my luggage going after my toothpaste. Ant nest must be burrow somewhere close with a anthill of them going after anything they can eat. Complain twice to reception and they only gave me a pesticide spray to deal with the issue. I stayed better places in 3rd world countries like Congo.

Good location, comfortable bed and pillows. Although, the room very old and has mark on the walls and the side table.

The room was so dirty. When I booked the room inside the internet the picture was perfect. After checking in there was no window and the room given was dirty, untidy, air-condition malfunction. Overall experiencing a bad moment. Later change another room. Also very dirty. No remote control. Lousy hotel.
