Property location was conducive to many experiences for a first time visitor.

The hot water took more than a minute to come no matter from tap or shower head. The water pressure is also very low. The whole plumbing system definitely has problem or that connected to the room I stayed.
Some of the hot dishes in breakfast buffet were cold.
The only good is that it’s next to icon Siam.

Be sure to get the breakfast it’s not your regular hotel breakfast. I loved this property so much I suggested it to friends and family. Beautiful clean, near Iconsiam mall which is a plus. Hotel offers several dining options and has complimentary water taxi shuttle to the other side of the river. Don’t think about booking here just do it you won’t regret it.

We were very happy with original room but extended our stay and upgraded too . We have a great view overlooking the river . The staff are all very polite , helpful and immaculate. The executive benefits are good perhaps the canapés could be better ( had much better at other hotels ) . Minor improvements to rooms could include more wardrobe and drawer space . Very few places to hang towels and bathrobes which is pretty annoying on a daily use basis , during a longer stay . Jacuzzi Bath great but no product to use in it only Bath soap . The pool are is attractive but everyone seems nervous about slipping in the shallow areas where the sun loungers overlook the river .
Great gym , so clean and modern . The free boat transport across the river is a nice and probably necessary touch .
