Poor service.

for taxi call, I was booked to the wrong destination, after i explained to him that it was wrong. He insisted that it was right . as a result I had to hire another taxi after I arrived at the wrong destination.

check the shuttle
Posted 25 Jan 2024 on HotelsThe hotel and the staff were great as we checked in after midnight. The breakfast was excellent and well worth the price. That the hotel has an airport shuttle is a little misleading as the shuttle only goes TO the airport and only in a three-hour window each day.

We have stayed her 4 times and each time the staff was wonderful and helpful. We have lived in Thailand for a few years and i will never get used to how hard the beds are. In this hotel my back reminded me of it by the time morning came. Could up date the beds like many other hotels in Thailand are doing.

The free airport shuttle runs only from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
If you have a morning flight or if you arrive outside these hours, you are not transported by the shuttle and must book a taxi at your own expense.
The the air conditioner in the room was very noisy.

Generally satisfactory for the price
Posted 13 Dec 2023 on HotelsThere was no welcome drink upon check-in. However, cleaning staff was excellent and reception was helpful in extending 1 hour checkout at no cost. Convenient eats, Cafe Amazon, hair salons and laundromats very nearby. Airport shuttles provided at 10.30am and 1.30pm only, on request. Nice banana fritters and other fried local snacks a short walk away.
