The pool was dirty. Bearly a gym. Overpriced bar and weed shop. No pans or dishes in our suite. So no point in a stove or kichen sink. Drains did not work well. The balcony was dirty and not groomed well. Lights outside did not work. Definitely a 3 star hotel running other businesses. Not 4 stars at all!

Not sure why this property is marked so high? Upon arrival our hopes were high, as the lobby had a charming rustic feel and they gave us a beautiful flower/swan arrangement in the room. Those hopes quickly diminished. Upon check-in we were given no information whatsoever besides “here are your keys.” No information about breakfast options, the fact that they DON’T have a restaurant (just a bar), where the pool or fitness room were located, or the fact that that have a “men’s only?” spa and oh yeah, a night club that bumps blaring music until 4am every single night. Not only that, our room was located on the side above the club- please put future long-term guests in a room FAR away from the club as it woke us up every single night. There was water damage on the wall of our room by the bathroom, the bathroom doors wouldn’t even close all the way, so no privacy, and the shower design was so poor that the ledge filled with water and ran out onto the floor every time you shower. The “kitchen” was not stocked with anything, not a single thing that could make it a usable kitchen. And, the laundry machine was not provided with laundry soap. We stayed 6 nights, and even stayed at another hotel for 1 night that was better. We have traveled all over the world and this hotel rating does not live up to its standards of 4.5 stars. We have pictures of all of our room complaints.

Feels like a former 6 star hotel that's still fantastic, just a touch dated, however fantastic still. Little things like the digital light switches don't work perfectly and are a bit touchy. The furniture is so cool, and the room layout is excellent, the pool is basic as is the gym. The Sauna and Spa would be excellent however I couldn't easily figure out how to use them and I doubt the water heats up immediately. So the features and feel are really cool, just feels like a few things need to be maintained. Cheers

I was staying there on a Monday night, and there was very loud music coming from somewhere. I called the front desk and asked them where the very loud music was coming from and they told me coming from their very own bar. They said the owner really liked having the bar open to 4 AM every night. . So I got very little sleep. I wouldn't stay there again.
