I think the staff at the hotel are exceptional. They make me feel like it’s my home. Snd they are the main reason I like to stay at this hotel besides the convinisnces of thevproerty for me as a disabled wheelchair user that this hotel offers. The room location and snd accessbility is great for me. But the hotel staff is my favorite feature of this hotel I love that home svay from home feeling that they provide..it makes my stay in Bangkok extra special every time I visit it.

I have stayed at the Mercure Hotel Sum 11 many times. Great hotel and staff but. I must say the rooms need to be renovated as they are worn and outdated!
