Booked a room in this hotel for two weeks and at the first few hours is not a 4 star hotel. Good things about the hotel: the room and bed was clean and staff were friendly. Awful things: the re was an orange mold all over the bathroom. Been asked to be clean and they just wipe the mold with tissue! Been asked to shorten my stay and have an early check out but they refused to accepted! For my personal health and safety was out of choice to go to the 7leven and buy cleaning stuff and wash the bathroom to at least not getting sick during my stay!!!! The buffet was so small. The gym had a serious air conditioning issue and was a terrible smell inside. Hotel had an app that was promoting in the TVs home page. Installed the app, booked two massages and went to service desk to confirm. Also, booked two tours with the same App. At the day was expecting massage been told there is not such a massage service available and nor tour and need to go find myself outside of the hotel!! Don’t even install the App there is no service behind. In summary bed was clean and nothing more to mentioned. If you are looking for a motel and don’t care about the mold and bad smells consider Maitria.

Bathrooms smelled like sewage, mosquitoes in the restaurant, and smart tv was not compatible with Apple devices

This was a nice enough hotel. The staff was great and very friendly. The location was not convenient at all. Taxis barely came down the road and the main road was hard to get a taxi due to no where to turn off and pick up passengers. The distance to my desired destination was close, but there was no sidewalk to make it walkable. There were no restaurants or food carts anywhere in sight.

Peaceful and clean environment. Impressed with the friendly staffs in the reception & cafe. Special credits goes to the restaurant manager, Mr. Sompthon who was friendly and communicates with all the guests very well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this hotel to others. No negative comments so far only that most of the taxi drivers are bot familiar with this hotel when we took a ride with them.

I stayed here for over 3 weeks whilst recovering from having an operation nearby. I absolutely recommend this hotel. The location was in a nicer,more quiet and greener area of Bangkok. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to the lady on reception that helped me a lot and arranged to bring breakfast to my room, to the friendly guys working in the restaurant and to the manager who regularly made sure everything was okay. I will use this hotel next time I visit!
