I stayed at level 2 and not quiet at night as can hear the road. Also easily heard next door guests slammed the door or make bigger noises. Ear plugs may be required if need a sound sleep

Great location in Bangkok with easy access to nightlife. Restaurants, coffee shops and 7-11 is even across the street for quick access to drinks, snacks, and essential items. Small quaint boutique style hotel but still equipped with all the necessaries. May be a tight space for 2 people with luggage. Work areas are plentiful and very convenient with free WiFi. Also clothes washer and dryer easy to use. (100 baht for wash or dry) Cons: Not much place to hang any clothes. One of the rooms i stayed in had a shower that took a while to drain but the second room was much better. Sound can leak into your room. You can hear your neighbors opening and closing their doors. Overall great value for the price and the outstanding factor is the extremely helpful staff. Very knowledgeable, personable, and kind. Special recognition to Nam for helping us through the check in both times!

We had some water leaking from the shower.

We stayed at this hotel recently, and while the location was great and the room was clean and comfortable, there was a strong unpleasant smell that lingered both outside and inside the room, similar to a septic tank. It was quite off-putting and made the stay less enjoyable. However, aside from that issue, everything else was fine. It would be worth mentioning this to the hotel management for improvement, but otherwise, the hotel provided a decent experience.

worse bkk hotel ever

location was in nana. sleazy area with women along the streets near the hotel. hotel room found broken glass on blanket. inform hotel but nobody bother with us. email them also no response. worse hotel ever. perhaps under a poor leader. though nana bts is very near
