Amazing view from the upper floors. Top-shelf restaurants. Huge upgrade via Expedia to a larger room - essentially a whole apartment. Luxury perched above it all.

The customer service excellent. From the moment entering the property cleanliness is top notch. Very quiet rooms. The views spectacular. The breakfast wonderful. BTS transit, Robinson Mall, and other outside vendors are walkable.

The hospitality and overall atmosphere was absolutely amazing. The rooms could use a little more decor to make the wood furniture feel intentional rather than dated. Overall it’s a wonderful and unique hotel.

We stayed at Lebua twice during our trip to Bangkok, October 14-18, and again November 13, because we liked it very much! We were especially pleased with the service provided by the staff, particularly during breakfast from Jin and L.
