Room had cigarette smell very strong. ( the room is no smoking ) , no parking

The hotel is in an incredibly seedy location, I felt very unsafe walking around. The rooms stunk of cigarettes, I moved from my first room because it was so bad but then the second room ended up smelling the same. I woke up in the night gagging from the mustiness.
Sheets had stains and overall the room was in poor condition, I understand that it's cheap but I have stayed in far nicer hotels in bgk for the same price. Would not recommend this place at all, the staff were nice hut the hotel itself was just foul.
