booked for river view room, unfortunately, I got only swimming pool view , not river as description. a bit disappointed.

Posted 3 Jun 2019 on HotelsHotel was very nice. Staffs was just OK. Beware when you book. I booked river view and got pool view with a distance peak of river and they wanted to charge us extra $$ to get a room we booked originally. Got to complain with manger the next day to get what we reserved. Internet connection was very bad. Kept disconnect and very slow.
This hotel is definitely for business plus too far away from everything.

Colonial architecture and Riverside location close to Koh Kret were ideal. Food was also good. However, service could be improved.

Beautiful property and friendly staff. Normally we wouldn't stay so far from the city, but we had a conference in the area to attend. We had an issue with the A/C but they moved our room and allowed us a late check out. Food in the restaurant was good and we enjoyed a day relaxing by the pool. Thanks!
