Bathrooms were extremely dirty and in need of maintenance. Shower and tub were leaking, when asked for more towels to wipe up the water leaking, they charged us $100 Bhat for extra dirty towels. Horrible service, absolutely do not recommend

Been here many times as it fits my needs when in Bangkok. Still not the same hotel since covid, but hopefully soon, I heard.

what was has finished.
reception now on the 4th floor no porters fend for your self.
No facilities at all the pool falling apart weeds growing in the pool paving, tiles falling off.
No bars,only one place to eat.
Breakfast set menu 200B and cooked the day before and reheated we could not eat it and left.
Our rooms Jnr Suites good clean air con could be a little better.
Overall be warned not very good.
