Booked in advance and wanted to get a refund because my flight got delayed and I didn’t know if I could check in after 0:00 since when I texted them about it they didn’t respond! Terrible service!

Stayed for one night, the room was not clean the shower had hairs in it and you could not open the window so it smelt fusty, and was very dark. Theres nothing around the are too other than a 7-11
