Beautiful riverside location, in Bangkok but quiet, you don't feel like you're in the middle of a huge city,I'll definitely come back

The location is the best part! Right by the river. I love having a meal or drinks outside and just watching the river boats all day and evening!
The restaurant is very nice and the food good. The breakfast buffet is, while adequate, just tired. Same offerings-why do we have chicken sausage EVERY day? The homemade soups were excellent though-loved the corn and pumpkin .
I wanted to use the pool but could not-I am disabled and was upset there were no stairs into the pool. I could not use the ladders. Accor needs to get this fixed to allow disabled guests access.

Outstanding staff- helpful, upbeat, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. The pool and grounds are delightful. The set meals are great bargains of highly-nutritious and expertly prepared food. The bedding is comfortable. The location is great-near shopping, massage, food venues, boat rides, and easy crossing of the river.

It was great to jump into a pool at the end of a day's sightseeing, and the transport links are excellent. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
