Great location, close to MRT and BTS. Great breakfast options, Indian chef Puran Singh provided excellent service. Overall service provided by all the staff was excellent.

Amazing hotel in the heart of Bangkok. Food options are incredible in the hotel; especially, thr seafood buffet. A very nice mall is literally across the street. This will be my home in Bangkok!

Not standard Hilton quality. Breakfast must be improved. Very unsatisfactory, insufficient. Not many options for European taste. AC of the gym was not working properly. They couldn’t fix it during 5 days. Hard to breathe condition.

All was good…until after I checked out. After 4 weeks, the hotel still holds Baht3000 deposit on my credit card. This shows the hotel does not complete their check out procedures properly.

The property is uniquely central to BKK with restaurants & malls within close walking distance. If taking a taxi be prepared for a bit more traffic when leaving the city central.

Awesome stay in good location. Would recommend for visits to Bangkok. MRT is about 5 mins away. Easy to commute about. Staff are very service oriented

A bit dated property and too humid inside the guest room compared to other competitors'. Nevertheless staff are so kind and willing to offer helps, it's very satisfied.
