I don’t want to put such a bad comment especially since the staff in reception and parking was very nice, however, the noise issue is terrible because the building next to the hotel was under construction. You definitely will be woken up by 8 am. Pick another hotel until the noise issue fixed. Otherwise not recommend to stay.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and a central locatio

From the security guard's friendly greeting to the ever-smiling receptionists, the staff had me feeling welcome instantly. Shoutout to the amazing cleaning crew too, keeping things spotless and helping us with thoughtful extras like free toiletries such as toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, body cream, sanitary bag and cotton buds.
This place completely exceeded my expectations. Great staff, comfy rooms, and handy amenities made for a fantastic stay. Plus, you can't beat the location! It's just a short walk to the Siam Paragon, MBK Center and trendy Siam Square, putting you right in the heart of the action.
The Grab ride from the airport was only 333 baht - another happy coincidence! I'd recommend Happy 3 Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, central, and surprisingly delightful stay in Bangkok.

Horrible Horrible Experience.
Posted 16 Dec 2023 on HotelsWe were not give adjacent rooms (2) even though it was booked in advance during check-in. The adjacent rooms is only available the next day but will need to check-out and recheck-in, a bit of inconvenience. The check-out was appalling, we were accused of missing one small facial towel in one of the room and they had the audacity to charge us 200 Baht for it. The staff went back to the room and said she cannot locate the missing towel. We told them it could be a mistake during the cleaning by the staff during the day but in any event they would not listen to our reasoning and refuse to check-out unless we pay for it. This is a matter of principal (not the amount) and paying for it is like accepting whatever they accuse you of "guilty as charge". Happy 3 should be renamed to "Unhappy 3". I have never stayed in a hotel in a global sense where the staff making such accusation over a facial towel.

Wanted to try this hotel for so long before covid but the price was much higher, like more than double.
Now, it is at a very reasonable price but the hotel became a bit old now. The wooden flooring is worn. In addition, the bathroom is badly designed, the shower room door cannot stop the bathing water, water flooding everywhere within the bathroom area and even moving towards the wc room. The direction of the basin and tap was not user friendly at all.
But the staffs are all very friendly and helpful.
