Bad experience at Grand Richmond Hotel.
Posted 8 Apr 2024 on HotelsThis hotel took my booking even though they know that the power will be out for the whole day, on my 3rd day of stay!! They said so themselves, that it was for a "Scheduled Annual Maintenance"!! How could they let me and my group check in without informing us?!?!?!? This is so sad that a hotel can resort to such tactics to get a few dollars!! So ridiculous of their management. We will NEVER EVER stay in this hotelbagain!!!!! So many other choices in Bangkok too!!!

I particularly requested a king size bed, which was more expensive in the reservation, but when I arrived at the property they told the only available was a twin room, with two separate beds.
