It is clean and location is good. Just a bit noisy in the first day morning. Staff is polite but not warm enough. No one helps to carry the luggages to the cap or open the door for you.

Lovely stay
Posted 16 Jan 2024 on HotelsPerfectly acceptable hotel for the price. The room was massive and equipped with everything I needed. Location was perfect, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Easy transportation links to access the city.

The staff were warm, friendly, helpful & kind, particularly Aurora who rendered exceptional service way beyond the call of duty!

Amenities need to be better taken care of. Neglected Swimming pool area, sauna and Hammam.
On the other hand, friendly and professional staff, spacious rooms and good value for money.
