It was a terrific value and well located by shopping and restaurants. When I had a tour, I used the Metro Resort half a block away as a pickup point as it was a little easier to find but that's a minor thing. The breakfast each morning was hearty and everything was clean and neat, with terrific air conditioning at night! I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is old and dirty. The staffs are unfriendly. Night / early morning time customers arrived hotel lobby entrance, they redundant to switch on the light. Just leave it in dark. Staffs very poor attitude such as receptionist and kitchen staffs.

Not very comfortable stay, the bathroom is dirty after the peak hour (morning and night)

The aircon only provide 7pm to 10am

Comfortable stay

Big and very comfortable bed, good facilities, clean showers and toilets. However, the floor space in the room to open my luggage is rather cramp as the limited space needs to be shared by multiple people.
