Basically the same as when it was Novotel. It seems just a little more run-down, though. The breakfast buffet is slighrly improved.

Plus points - next to BTS Phloen Chit (but with only up escalator), large toilet with many clothes hooks, fast lifts
Negative points - one twin bed sinks in the center, charging of credit card for incidents instead of just holding the balance is not convenient.

The hotel was very clean, and is not even a block walk from Ploenchit station. Very convenient and the hotel restaurant was excellent. The bar also had great live band playing I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is right across the street from the train, which was very convenient for getting there from the airport and back again. The restaurant and beer garden are very good, and the rooms are updated and spacious. I'd definitely stay again!

The room was very nice and the staff was excellent. We only had one day in Bangkok, but we made the most of it. The sky train station is right next to the hotel, which made travel around the city cheap, easy, and convenient. This included getting to the airport at the end of our stay. I wish we would have had more time to explore the other amenities the hotel had to offer.

I had a terrible experience at this place. We lost our shoes during housekeeping. We were informed we will get them back but later got to know they have checked the cctv and found nothing. Whereas me and and my wife both remember taking shoes out and putting in the room. We had just bought them.staff came to our room and checked our bags while we were packing. Had a very unpleasant experience. I would never recommend you to choose this place.
They mistreated us in property and then over the phone.

It's the little things. Not knowing there would be construction work in the room next door when checking in. The water sprayer next to the toilet not working properly. No expat friendly TV.
