Awesome pool and really good gym. Breakfast buffet changes its selection daily which is good. Staff very efficient and friendly. Finally, cant beat the location, right on the BTS and the three emporia malls

We liked the location on Sukhumvit rd, close to the shopping centres. The staff were friendly. The pool looks although didnt get to use. Dislikes: This is not a 5 star property, room is looking tired, lifts, 3 of of, 1 not working the whole time are painfully slow and really make a big impact on enjoying your stay. The buffet breakfast is very small, very few options for a 5 star hotel. Especially considering all other 5 star hotels close by who are far more superior. For over $500 AUD for 2 nights there are so many better options close by. I wont be returning.

It was not our first stay in this hotel and we were looking forward to it .The hote litself was gochexk in ,to service at the restaurant was far from friendly whicis unusual in Thailand

Nice place and very convenient to the shopping malls and BTS train line, but the hotel is a little bit pricey and a bit old. My disappointment is breakfast.
