Wonderful staff but not the most secure hostel
Posted 4 Sep 2019 on HotelsFor the price, there is not much to complain about. I will say if you worry about security, this may not be the place for you. Every time I locked the dorm door, I came back to it unlocked. I believe it was even unlocked when we slept. There was just a small locker in the room for valuables but it also didn't feel that secure. Otherwise, it was great! The breakfast was delicious and served until 3 pm! The room was cleaned more than once a day and the staff was very friendly.

Very unprofessional unprincipled hotel
Posted 16 Jun 2019 on HotelsI was arriving late on a flight. In the small print it indicates that you ought write them if you are arriving after midnight. I wrote them before boarding my international flight and finally arrived at the hotel at 01:30. There was no one at the hotel and there was not anyone there to receive me, they hadn’t returned my email, nor was there a number to call after hours. I had to scramble to find a hotel. I asked for a refund and they refused. Pretty unprofessional.

Posted 28 May 2018 on HotelsNice hostel in a great locationl. Staff is friendly and helpful. Included breakfast choices are limited but don't include coffee.Room and shared bathrooms are clean and they have a washing machine freeto use. Will visit again

可もなく不可もなく。
立地は良いと思いますが、シーロムじゃなければ、同じ値段出すとしても、もうちょっといいところがあるかもしれない。
