False advertising
Posted 4 Jul 2020 on HotelsBooked and paid for the non-refundable rate Sukhumvit 23 hotel and arrived after a long drive. The hotel was closed permanently.
The guard told me to go to soi 16, which I found to be a completely different type of room than in the pictures. It was in fact a low quality apartment and not even close to what I’m used to staying in with citadines.
Nothing was mentioned on the website and I couldn’t even get a refund.
Citadines lost a long term guest. Nothing to do with the current situation either...it was a straight up scam

I worked here for two weeks when my job in Shanghai shut down due to the flu virus. It was functional for the purpose. It’s not fancy, but it’s clean and well maintained. The gym is small but functional, as is the pool.

Sukhumvit Soi 23 hotel, good stay
Posted 22 Feb 2020 on HotelsClean solid hotel / no frills apartment near central business district. Close to Terminal 21, BTS and MRT stations. I would recommend this to a friend.
