Was classed as speaking Thai & English and yet they could not understand English at all. Facilities were poor, nothing in the area. If you like hoards of rude noisy Chinese people disturbing you all night & want to do nothing or see anything, this is the hotel for you. Unfortunately the staff didn't seem too bothered when I tried to speak to them about it.

Friendly front counter staff. Spacious and well designed junior suite with well equipped electronic appliances and toiletries.
