It’ll be better if shower gel dispensers were installed instead of giving small tubes of shower gel

Good staff - poor management
Posted 23 Aug 2024 on HotelsA good three star hotel. Although a bit old, the location is great. The staff are very friendly and professional. Unfortunately the hotel has a problem with poor management policies that adversely affect customer satisfaction. I. E. No brief luggage storage allowed. In the middle of a lengthy stay, I had to check out for a couple days. Although I was soon returning to resume my lengthy stay at the hotel I was denied the ability to temporally store, one piece of luggage. I even offered to pay for the storage. Incredulously, the staff advised me to take my piece of luggage to a nearby hotel, a few blocks away and pay to have it stored there. I had no choice so that’s what I did. Over the years, I have been a guest at this hotel many times. Never before have I experienced such a lack of customer service. Very disappointing. Very dumb policy.

Nice holiday
Posted 20 Jul 2024 on HotelsFriendly staffs, clean and comfortable environment, gym, swimming pool, sauna and big room... Especially, hotel close to a day market where sell furit, cooked food and clothes. What a nice place.
