Water heater seems to be inadequate when comes to night time when most people are back in hotel before bedtime

I like the swimming pool , don't like the lift (too many people)

It’s quite a central located property to CBD and tourists however, the hotel is dated as there are better new choices around

The lobby staff and staff outside the hotel were great. The breakfast staff made us feel rushed and forgot my drink order on 2 separate occasions. The pool staff were great and really helpful. Allot of noise from the next room however, we actually could hear people sneeze, not soundproof at all. Hard to sleep. Our room keys also were de activated at one point meaning we had to go to the lobby in our swimwear which was very embarrassing.
