The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. However when we checked in we were not given a swipe card to gain access to the building and when we came back from our dinner outing we had to wait around for someone to let us in. The next morning we asked at the reception and they gave us a swipe card. (I'm not sure why we weren't given this upon checking in) Apart from that, we thought the hotel itself was great but the location was a bit out of the way and right next door to the hospital. There area was very peaceful and quiet at night but there are not really many dinner options close by for anyone checking in late or not wanting to go far for a meal.

Service is the best part here, staffs are really helpful. Room is also spacious with very nice bathroom. Parking is available if you bring a car.

Great Staff
Posted 22 Apr 2019 on HotelsWhen I originally checked in there was an issue with my room. The description on the website stated that there was a bathtub in the room - something I was looking forward to, however, it turned out that was falsely advertised. Once I raised this to the staff they couldn't be more helpful in resolving the issue and upgraded me to a family room (With a bathtub). Many thanks to the staff, especially Nok for their help.

Very clean and nice place. The staff were super friendly, brand us water quickly when requested and were helpful all around. The location might be a bit off the typical beaten path, but we wanted a nice place to settle into when we arrived after 20 hrs of travel. We were not disappointed. No complaints at all.
