Not sure if you have a shuttle but it would be nice if there is a shuttle to a nearby shopping area. "This was a true 5 star stay. Modern room layout had the bath in the middle with beds, sink, coffee nook and changing area on four sides. broad view of the city center from high up the building. Restaurant and room service food was top notch. And overall service was great. I needed an early morning ride to the airport and the concierge was very helpful finding me a ride. One thing to note: the lobby is at the top floor so one has to take an express elevator to the top then take another elevator down to the rooms. "

Comfortable room

"Very comfortable stay. Two bedroom apartment both on suite and separate toilet. Large lounge area with dining table and a separate kitchen. Washing up essentials provided but no dishwasher. Room was very tired though but clean, needs updating. Fabulous views of Kuala Lumpa. Very good choice for breakfast and plenty of it."

"Our room on floor 9 was excellent. Very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom with bath tub and separate shower. We were entitled to use the Club Lounge where food and drinks were available, free of charge. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED"

"Friendly staff, clean hotel. We were unable to go into the bar at the top floor because we hadn’t booked the most expensive room - we could access it if we paid £80/MR500, which we chose not to. It’s a shame this isn’t made clearer on booking. However, clean room, reasonably central. Pleasant stay. "
