When open the door, bad smell. When having the shower, water easy to spread out. When press the shampoo bottle, hard to give you a little bit. When pressing the soap bottle, empty. With one supply, with welcome fresh cut watermelon and pineapple, staffs are nice and fix the empty soap bottle immediately, provide floor tower immediately. Price is charged too high for this overall performance.

Staff English skills: poor to none. Booked Junior Suite, was given normal room, explained and they changed my room. Booked the same room type, second time after a 1 day break, was given normal room again, explained the issue, but they did not change as they didn't have any Junior Suite vacant. Only Google Translate could effectively make them understand that the situation is not normal and they should find a solution for the following nights. Rooms are spacious, but they are built cheap and you can hear everything all around. Although the room was apparently serviced daily, the trash was sometimes taken every third day. Shower was not draining. The safe in the room was not that safe, as it was not fixed/bolted to anything and you could just take it out. On top of all this, 10-15 buses with loud Chinese tourists were loading and unloading early in the morning and late in the evening. So if you're not part of such a group, I would not recommend to book this hotel.

No English. Horrible location. Unfriendly. No reservation. What more can I say. Why use Expedia when you list a hotel like this?
