Best bunk bed hostel ever

Small but clean and chic. Bed could be more comfortable, except that though it is the best bunk bed place ever.

Friendly staff, easy to communicate and when we want to extend our check out time the price is reasonable.

This new, purpose-built hostel is lovely, with good WiFi and a simple breakfast.

Ensuite triple room - Awesome

Room: Stayed in the friends room for 3 pax. Room was spacious and beautiful, the light streaming into the room through the big windows making the room bright and inviting. When the blinds were drawn, all lights can be blocked out for a good rest. Fixtures and furnitures are new and clean with no obvious signs of wear and tear. Air conditioning was strong and cooling. Service: Staffs were friendly and helpful! They were always smiling and would greet us good morning each day. Good command of English and always ready to help with any questions we have. As one of my friend's birthday was on the day of check-in, I emailed them to help me with a surprise. They readily accepted and the cake and card was on the table when we entered the cold room with a lit candle! Very well planned! Amenities: The door to the rooms is always locked which makes us feel safe. There was no lift but we already knew this when we booked. No toothbrush available for the private ensuite rooms, but it is available for 10 baht at the receptionist area. Hair dryer in the room is weak, but i used the hair dryer at the shared bathroom on the last day and it's very strong! The shared bathroom is also very clean and spacious. Extras: There are complimentary snacks and instant noodles available in the lobby. There's also a room for board games and to chill in general. Overall really enjoyed my stay here! There are 711 and family marts nearby. BTS surasak is about 10 mins walk away.

Just so so

Stayed in private room and it was on 4th floor, you should be aware there’s no lift so you have to carry your luggage all the way up to 4 floors - my fault I was not aware of this in advance. The room looks clean but I found a bikini hair on the hanging towels, well, and the drainage smelled so bad. I stayed 2 nights and they forgot to make the room one night, no phone in room so I have to come down 4 floors to tell them they missed the room makeup, came up and no assistance in 20mins or so, went down again and only then they brought new towels and water up - and it’s already late at night after a very long day outside. I can see other good reviews but I’m being fair, I didn’t have that nice experience here!
