Rooms have seen better days. No bedding for the pull out. Microwave above the stove was unplugged so I had to troubleshoot. We were also counting on the dining room being open and was told on check-in that it was not available that night, though this did not appear on the website when I was booking.

Found the property dated and dirty. Our suit had a terrible smell to it, so much sonthat we bought firewood amd essential oils to try to mask the smell. The couch and carpets were filthy. Bedding all was clean but the furnishings and suit was old, used and dirty.

Staff was very friendly at check in. Parking was a left alot to be desired. It was a little messy around trashcans. Bags laying about, broken bottles.

We love staying at the Banff Rocky Mountain Resort but some of the rooms are starting to show their age.

We had requested a pet room and ended up having to pay for a second room that accommodated pets. :(

Room we had contained pee stained blanket. Reported to front desk our room card keys weren’t working, later on 2 male employees took upon themselves to try their own key cards to enter our room after I failed to answer the door; very uncomfortable stay.

The furniture was outdated and worn out. The kitchen appliances were dated. The pool and dressing rooms were not clean with dirty towels all over the place. No shampoo or conditioner was left in the upstairs bathroom. The outside was very dark and poorly lit.
