Fantastisch hotel! Op loopafstand van Barastreet, supermarkt tegenover hotel. Maar hotel zelf is echt fantastisch!goede service, vriendelijke mensen en een heerlijk ontbijt. Infinity pool is ook mooi in de avond!

Slecht onderhouden kamers, relatief schoon voor Indonesië maar houdt rekening met bijvoorbeeld vlekken in de lakens. Ontbijt is niet gericht op een westers ontbijt en ook het diner was niet goed. Rooftop bar en zwembad is ook niet de moeite waard. Wederom slecht onderhouden, vies en ligbedden waar je liever niet op gaat liggen. Kortom, een hele slechte prijs/kwaliteit verhouding en niet Mercure hotels waardig.

Service response need to improve
Hotel is okay, but they need to improve their room service. Specially sanitising rooms properly. No iron board in the room. And they provide only two water bottles in a day. Operator/ room service is not very responsive as for even asking for towels they took some time more than 20 min. So definitely hotel need to improve service
