Avoid this dump

Mold in shower and bathroom ceiling. Broken fan in bathroom. Lightbulbs burned out. Broken fixtures in bathroom. Little hot water. Torn curtains. No washcloths.

The room was not maintained properly. Lighting was bad, insufficient, imagine you have to work during your trip on your laptop, it would be a strain. There are lights, but could find the switch, thus I do not know how to switch them on. The room booked was for for 4 pax but they only provided 2 key cards, what a disappointment, imagine all 4 of us has to go out separately, how to manage??? Furthermore, access to the floor must be with access card. When ask for additional access cards, reception staff response was " We only provide 2 access cards", even when I told them I would pay a deposit for them, keep on insisting that only 2 can be issued, then when I wanted to talk to the Manager, only he provided me the additional cards, WITHOUT any deposit. The breakfast spread was so so, and many food is not replenished, although the occupancy was full during my stay. So if you are late for breakfast, make do what is the there.

Great price, great experience, beautiful hotel. I wasn’t expecting such a nice hotel like that in Bandung for the low price. Will definitely be going back.

Pros: Breakfast a lot of choice and the food very good.
Cons: Must improve the rest room near to Facilities Area
Really unexpected . Hotel with good scenery from my room. Enjoyable!

Place that stays in the heart

Grand Tebu Hotel are very welcoming the guest. The staff friendly and helpful, the room also nice. Hotel are nearby the shopping FO and F&B area. Cool Hotel!

Overall pelayanannya baik, hanya untuk lift kurang nyaman juga lampu di kamar yg dapat dibilang sangat remang..karena dengan gedung setinggi itu lift yg beroperasi hanya 1, pengunjung ramai..jadi harus tunggu lama sekali
