Dated charm
Posted 22 Jun 2022 on HotelsDated hotel which could still be a gem if renovated. Service was impecable. Breakfast had enormous choices of Indonesian breakfast. Location somewhat run down. But taking taxi in and out solved that issue.

A four star hotel situated near the centre of bandung few hundred metres from alun-alun and grand mosque, the staff are polite, breakfast are vary.

Hotel was conveniently located. Easily accessible to nearby malls and street shops. Quite a facilities provided however hotel room cleanliness can still be improved.

Posted 3 Dec 2018 on HotelsThis is my third stay. The hotel was wonderful. Excellent staff, excellent breakfast, excellent surrounding. They immidiately responded to my complaint and even 'çompensate' me on it which is a very good move to ensure my 'come back'. Room and toilet cleanliness must be improved. Lighting is also a set back, pls make the room and toilet brighter. AC is not cool enough. WIFI not good during my stay. I was told they are having some problems in WIFI systems.
