Stay here each time we come to town. Always easy to check in and everything is as it should be

Water in shower did not get hot and AC did not get cold and because of the country singers at 11th Street bar they doubled the prices

It would of been better if we could have two rooms close together not one on floor 1 and the other on floor 3

We have stayed at this property several times and we do like it. It could be a little bit cleaner and we were called by the front desk at midnight about a pet deposit. We had already addressed when we checked in. We were there till Monday so I don’t understand, why that young man couldn’t wait till morning to finish whatever business he needed taken care of.

We do have a policy that we do not call up to rooms after 10pm unless its an emergency or parodical deems mandatory. We took a look at your reservation and there was no pet fee taken. We are sorry that we fell short on meeting our usual expectations that you have come to know here at the Best Western in Bandera, TX. We hope that this experience did not hinder your opinion about us and hope that should your travels bring you back to this area that you would give us another opportunity to show our improvements and make it up to you.

Staff was over the top friendly!!! Room was quiet
