Mas infelizmente fui acordada antes das 06:00 com hóspedes barulhentos no corredor, gritando super alto e a gritaria permaneceu por horas (acho que era uma excursão de alguma coisa). O banheiro estava tomado de mofo e com um cheiro muito forte, da escada conseguiriam me ver tomando banho, pois ela dava pro corredor do primeiro andar e não tinha como fechar, tive que colocar a toalha de rosto para ter privacidade. "We regularly stay at this hotel while in BH for a day or two when visiting the wife's family...Good opportunity to relax for a night before heading home. They've been through a few ownerships over the years (and some renovations were being undertaken in the dining area, so jackhammering during the day....Thank God not at night)....Breakfast and overall service was good, staff not overly friendly with smiles but adequate."

"A localização é ótima, o quarto é confortável, sendo apenas 2 beliches no quarto, os funcionários são bem educados. Contras: não tem armário com chave ou cadeado, falta organização no sistema de reserva (fui abordada algumas vezes sobre a minha reserva e cobraram em duplicidade), a cozinha é muito pequena e utilizada por muitas pessoas, incluindo funcionários, não tem copos, só tem um fogão de indução com 2 bocas, a pia e o chão da cozinha e banheiros quase sempre sujos (hóspedes não colaboram)....
