"Everything about our 6 night stay was excellent. The staff were all exceptional and all of the food we had was excellent. The health club facilities were excellent. The Family Room was large and extremely well equipped with great views. My little boy had a great time, the kids activities were only attended by him most of the time, but the staff still made it fun. The pool is a little tired, but still had a great time playing, all the poolside staff were excellent and kind. All in all a great stay, thanks Hotel Shangri-La!"

"Amazing hotel for family. Suitable for families with children. Breakfast spread was awesome. Lotsa variety. Kids corner for children to eat. Hotel room was SUPER clean. Towels were changed daily without being requested. Service staff were friendly and warm! There’s a play room for kids. Clean and well maintained. There’s slides at the pool for the kids."

"The hotel is very well maintained - probably the best in Subang so far. Easy and convenient to get around and the staff are very attentive and considerate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others in the future. We will be happy to return the next time we are in Subang as well. "
