Toilet bowl full of yellowish stain. Bathing area slippery with algae on the side. Bedsheet Pillow have to change 3 time as all so call clean sheets have bloodstains on it. Receptionist are friendly and helpful

3D2N Family Vacation during CNY

We booked and stayed in the family suite. It comes with a king bed and a sofa bed (able to sleep 2). The condition in our room was good enough for us. All the necessities are available and clean. The housekeeping team is excellent. Whenever we need anything from them, they will send to us without fail. The front desk's service is also excellent. Breakfast was delicious even when there is lack of variety. The only setback is the corridor which will fill with echo is anyone speaks loudly. Location wise, it is just next to many F&B outlets. We were spoilt for choice when it comes to lunch and dinner.

The room we took "Suite" was very nice but unfortunately it has an electrical trip during at 2.00 am in the morning we have to move to another unit. Although we got another room but it is to our inconvenient moving our stuff during the night with our sleeping child. Overall the stay was nice.

Good stay

Although it’s not by the beach, it’s located near the mall and restaurants. 10 mins drive to the beach, 5 mins drive to the fruit farm. Building doesn’t look good from far, but internal is nice and seems new. Room was clean. Breakfast spread is not much, but good enough for us. Other than the usual bread, cereal, scrambled egg, there’s also nasi lemak and porridge. There was curry chicken too.

Bed is quite comfortable and room was clean. However there is no hair dryer provided in the room. We were allocated a room with connecting door and the sound insulation was very bad. We could hear people talking. We were woken up in the early morning because the neighbouring room's alarm clocks kept ringing from 4 am to 6 plus am till we had to call the reception.

This hotel was so disappointing that we checked out a day early. Funny thing is that no one even asked why we were checking out early. If I was running a hotel and people are checking out early, I would want to know why. There is no swimming pool on site - you have access to one somewhere else. I personally don’t want to drive to a swimming pool when I am on vacation. Next, the bar the website says they have, it’s not there. The buffet for breakfast was mediocre at best. I realize people are just opening back up from COVID, but update the websites on what you truly have and if the facilities are off site, put it on the website. As far as housekeeping goes, the room could have been cleaner and when you clean a room, do more than just make the bed. How about leaving more water or more coffee? The water and coffee was never replenished after checking in. Two bottles of water and a couple of packs of coffee for two people?? My husband went to the store and bought more coffee and water. The one plus is that there was plenty of parking. In order to eat lunch and dinner, you will need to have a car and leave the hotel. If the website had given me all the information on what was really available at the hotel, I could have made wiser choices. I would have had a better vacation at home. There was no advantage to staying at this hotel.

Very Nice Stay

It was amazing. We booked 2 rooms. Both rooms are clean and comfortable. The check in and out went so smooth and fast. The staffs friendly and attentive. We bring our elderly parents and my 24 year old disabled brother, so I conclude the hotel also elderly and disabled person friendly. The breakfast good. The TV channels also good. Eating places within walking distance and a mall nearby. Around 15mins drive to Pantai Desaru, around 30 mins drive to Pengerang if you are coming here for lobsters and seafoods😁
